Guiding and motivating a team of Customer Success Representatives, the full-time Customer Success Team Manager will oversee performance metrics, implement customer success strategies, and enhance team skills in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Drive team performance to meet and exceed metrics and client expectations through effective pipeline management Coach and develop team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets while fostering a collaborative environment Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement Required qualifications Experience with payment processing or financial/payment products Proven background in customer success or account management, preferably in a SaaS or financial software environment Prior leadership experience in a fast-paced, quota-driven setting Familiarity with Microsoft and/or G Suite tools; Salesforce experience is highly preferred Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive informed decision-making
